Shipping and Return Policy

• Order Processing:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment for in-store items, and 3-5 days for online processing. 

• Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

• Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders under $150.

• Delivery Times:

• Warehouse Items: Allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

• In-Store Items: Allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available, for in store items only.  Email or call us to arrange a time that works for you.

• Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly. A tracking number will be provided. We will assist you with trying to locate your package.  For additional support, email us at moreamourboutique@gmail.com.

• Exchanges and Store Credit:

We do not issue refunds. If you have a sizing issue or another concern with your order, email us at moreamourboutique@gmail.com or call us at 475 333-0863. We offer exchanges or store credit to ensure your satisfaction. You have 5-7 days from the delivery date to receive an exchange & store credit.
